Black Dog Bakery Cafe

If you're headed up-Island check out the newly renovated Black Dog Café one mile west of Vineyard Haven center. You can't miss the vintage 1914 rail car that sits outside the Café.

Our artisan breads are stacked on the wooden racks that line the walls. The fresh baked pies and pastries are the perfect pairing with a hot cup of coffee. The Cafés stove slowly simmers pots of chowder for early risers in search of an early lunch or grab a woofer egg sandwich for a convenient and tasty breakfast. The Black Dog Café makes fresh sandwiches – lobster rolls, turkey club, a classic BLT, tuna - all made with delicious Black Dog bread. For those who prefer lighter fare check out our variety of salad options.
